Despite house sales in Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland remaining relatively unchanged from October to November, England's property market showed signs of improvement which boosted the UK total to 85,000 homes being sold in November, the highest it's been since July 2010 when 89,000 homes were sold.
HMRC'S figures reported that in England alone, 73,000 homes were sold compared to 68,000 the previous month.
This is great news for the property market, My Move Property Lawyers found November to be an exceptionally busy month.
Here's hoping 2012 will be the year that the property market starts booming again!
